These Terms and Conditions apply to all Services offered by Ricasoli Group. The use of the Services implies the complete and unconditional acceptance of these Terms by the Client.

5. Description of Services
Ricasoli Group offers a range of Services, including private transfers with a chauffeur, luxury vehicle rentals, hotel bookings and airline tickets, helicopter transfers, private jet charters, villa rentals, and lifestyle management services. Each Service is described in detail and will be confirmed to the Client at the time of booking.
6. Performance of Services
Ricasoli Group will perform the Services with the utmost professionalism, diligence, and expertise. The Services will be provided according to the agreed terms, except for disruptions caused by force majeure or other circumstances beyond the control of Ricasoli Group.
7. Amendments to Services
Any changes to the Services requested by the Client must be agreed upon in writing. Ricasoli Group reserves the right to modify the Services for operational or technical reasons, promptly informing the Client.
8. Payments
The Client agrees to pay the price of the Services as indicated and agreed upon at the time of purchase. Payment will be made according to the specified methods and terms. In the event of non-payment, Ricasoli Group reserves the right to suspend or terminate the Services.
9. Refunds
Refunds for purchased Services will only be granted in accordance with Ricasoli Group’s refund policies. Any expenses incurred and not included in the initial price of the Services will be reimbursed by the Client upon presentation of supporting documentation.
10. Private Transfers and Chauffeur Services
Ricasoli Group provides private transfer and chauffeur services. The Client is responsible for being on time at the start of the Service and is obliged to promptly communicate any changes or cancellations. Ricasoli Group reserves the right to apply penalties for late cancellations or no-shows.
11. Luxury Vehicle Rentals
Luxury vehicle rentals are subject to availability and the conditions specified at the time of booking. The Client is responsible for any damage to the vehicle during the rental period, except in cases of normal wear and tear.
12. Hotel Booking and Airline Tickets
Ricasoli Group offers hotel booking and airline ticket services. Bookings are subject to the cancellation and amendment policies of the involved third-party operators. Ricasoli Group is not responsible for any changes in third-party policies.
13. Helicopter and Private Jet Transfers
Helicopter transfers and private jet charters are subject to specific safety conditions and compliance with international regulations. The Client must ensure compliance with all conditions imposed by the airline operators.
14. Lifestyle Management and Customized Events
Ricasoli Group offers lifestyle management services and custom event planning. These services may include booking event tickets, yacht or villa rentals, and other personalized experiences. All requests are subject to availability, and Ricasoli Group reserves the right to apply additional fees for special requests.
15. Limitation of Liability
Ricasoli Group shall not be liable for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Services, except in cases of fraud or gross negligence.
Ricasoli Group shall also not be liable for service interruptions caused by force majeure events, such as natural disasters, wars, or other circumstances beyond its control.
16. Confidentiality
Ricasoli Group is committed to maintaining the confidentiality of the information provided by the Client and will not disclose it to third parties without the Client’s consent, except as necessary for the execution of the Services or as required by law. Confidentiality obligations remain in effect even after the termination of the Contract.
17. Data Protection
Ricasoli Group complies with the current regulations on the protection of personal data. The data provided by the Client will be processed in accordance with Ricasoli Group’s Privacy Policy.
18. Assignment and Subcontracting
Ricasoli Group reserves the right to assign the Contract or parts thereof to third parties or to subcontract the execution of the Services. Ricasoli will be responsible to the Client for the performance of any subcontractors used.
The Client may not assign its rights and obligations under the Contract without the written consent of Ricasoli Group.
19. Termination of the Contract
Ricasoli Group may terminate the Contract in the event of a breach by the Client, with immediate effect, by written notice. In the event of termination, the Client will be required to pay Ricasoli Group for the Services rendered up to the date of termination, as well as compensation for any damages incurred.
20. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by Italian law. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court of Milan, with the express exclusion of any other jurisdiction.
